Two Actions You Must Take When Copyrighting Your Work

John van Stry is an author who fought to protect his copyrighted books, by going after a pirate website and actually winning in federal court. This is not easy, and as you’ll read, and it was expensive.

But he could have NEVER fought back if he had not taken these two actions first:

1) Filed the copyright with US Copyright Office; and

2) Filed for this within 90 days or less of his publishing date.

Without taking these two actions, he would not have been able to take his case to court and gone after the violator and he would have been limited in his reward. For more information on this, go to SelfPublishingEmpire.com
